Textbooks, packages, & access codes
These items may be returned within 14 days from the first day of each 16-week term. Shrink-wrapped texts and packages are non-refundable for full value once the shrink wrap is broken or removed. TBB will buy back those books that have been taken out of the shrink-wrap at current market rates. Books returned after the return date can be bought back at current market values. If a publisher does not accept returns on a book, TBB's return policy is circumvented by the publisher's policy. 

TBB will still accept returns for intercession, 4-week terms, 8-week terms, and other short terms. Full refunds are available on books as long as students can drop the class and receive a refund for the class. For example: if a Winter Term class starts on 12/18, and the last day to drop that class and receive a refund is 12/20, then the textbook must also be postmarked by 12/20 in order to receive a refund on the textbook. For an 8-week course, the final day to receive a refund is the 5th day of class. You can always email us at soonerbooks@textbookbrokers.com and ask if you are still eligible for a refund. 

Access codes cannot be returned once any seals have been broken, scratched off, or shrink-wrap removed. If the publisher of an access code does not allow returns, then their policy becomes our policy, as Textbook Brokers facilitates the transaction between the publisher and the student. Textbook Brokers' return policy is circumvented by the publisher/code maker/game maker/digital product provider when Textbook Brokers facilitates the transaction between the student and the publisher/code maker/game maker/digital product provider.

eBooks
These items must be returned within 14 days (336 hours) from the original purchase date. Cengage Unlimited and Courseware are NON-REFUNDABLE once the access code has been redeemed.

Where a publisher has a different return policy, i.e., they will not accept returns for a digital code or a custom product, our return policy is circumvented by their return policy. 

When an access code can be verified as active or unregistered, we will work with the publisher to determine that and will refund you if we can. If a code cannot be verified, we will not be able to refund your access code or digital order. 

All of the above regarding eBooks, courseware, access codes, and the like still must be addressed within the first 14 calendar days of the class schedule. After that date, the university does not refund students for classes, and TBB does not refund students for materials.

Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
